List of Ingredients
1/2 pound grated New York sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 pound butter
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch cayenneRecipe
Work all ingredients together with your hands to a smooth dough. Shape into a roll about 1 and 1/4 inches across. Wrap in waxed paper and chill for several hours or more.
Slice about 1/3 inch thick and bake at 350 degrees, 10 minutes, or until golden.
