1 1/2 C oatmeal
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
5 oz Parmesan cheese,finely grated
8 oz mozzarella, finely grated
1/2 C soft butter
1/4 C water
1 C all-purpose flourRecipe
In a blender on GRIND process the oatmeal to a coarse flour. Combine all ingredients and squish between fingers while sort of kneading until the butter and mozzarella become part of the dough, (or use a mixer). Knead with back of palms a few minutes until all is well combined. You can either make into a log or a long rectangle at this point and wrap and chill for 4 hours. Slice and bake at 400 degrees F. You can also chill for less time and roll the dough out, cut in squares and bake.
