Recipe Introduction
Preheat oven to three hundred and twenty five degrees.
List of Ingredients
3 C rolled oats
2 C whole wheat flour
1 C wheat germ
1 T salt
1 C water
2/3 C oil
Recipe
Combine and mix three cups rolled oats, two cups whole wheat flour, one cup wheat germ and one tablespoon salt for dry ingredients. Combine one cup water and two thirds cup oil, mix. Pour slowly into dry ingredients. Knead lightly. Divide in hlaf. Pat out flat on greased cookie sheet, roll thin. Sprinkle with salt or sesame seeds and roll to embed. Score in one by two inch rectangles. Bake at three hundred and twenty five degrees for twenty to twenty five minutes.
