1 C butter
1 C sugar
4 C flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 C currantsRecipe
Mix eggs, butter, and sugar and beat until light in color. Add flour and baking powder sifted together. Add currants and bake in loaf pan 1 hour in moderate oven.
