    This is an ebleskiver with fruit inside. you will need the munk (aebleskiver) pan

    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs, separated
    2 T sugar
    2 C rich milk
    2 C flour
    1/2 C melted butter
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    Apples, peeled, sliced and cooked until tender.

    Recipe



    Sift dry ingredients. Beat egg yolks, add milk and butter and combine with flour mixture. Fold in beaten egg whites and fill "munk" pans or molds, which have been warmed. press a fruit lightly into dough and Bake on top of stove. Turning them once.
