You will need a plett pan for this.(same thing as a platte panna in Swedish)
List of Ingredients
1/4 C coffee cream
1/2 C milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 T sugar
2 T melted butterRecipe
Beat the eggs slightly and add the milk or cream. Beat until well blended, then mix in the sifted flour mixture of flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add the melted butter last. Bake in Griswold plett pan until golden brown and serve with jelly or syrup. Makes about 25-30 cakes.
