    Cobbler, Apple

    List of Ingredients

    2 C brown sugar
    2 C flour
    1/2 C butter
    Crumb the above mixture for batter crumbs and reserve 2/3 cup for top of cobbler. Add 1/4 C chopped hazelnuts to the reserved crumbs.
    To batter crumbs add;
    1 beaten egg
    1 C sour milk
    1 tsp soda
    1/4 C hazel nuts
    Slice apples and put in an 8x10 pan, almost to top. Add the above batter and sprinkle the reserved crumbs over. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
