Pudding, Baked Rice

List of Ingredients

1 quart scalded milk
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C raw rice
1/2 C raisins
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg


Recipe

Bake in a 1 1/2 quart casserole at 150 degrees for 2-3 hours. stir occasionally to break crust that forms.
Serves 6-8
