    Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 C pearled barley
    4 C milk
    1 T butter
    1/3 C honey
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

    Recipe



    Wash the barley. Presoak for 1 hour.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake 3 hours. Stir 3 times during the first hour to keep from settling.
