1 C whipping cream
2 T buttermilk
1 whole cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp sugar
Recipe
In a small container with a lid, whisk together cream and buttermilk. Add cinnamon stick. Cover and leave at room temperature 24 hours, until thick.
Chill until cold. When chilled remove cinnamon stick and place Creme Fraiche in a medium bowl with sugar and whip until medium peaks form. Make 2 cups.
Add more sugar as desired.
