    1 C cooked rice
    1 C dates, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 C cream, whipped

    Recipe

    Whip the cream and fold in the other ingredients. Nuts may be added. Spoon inti individual dishes and top each with a maraschino cherry. Serves 4.
