    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 C of orange sections
    2 T sugar
    1 1/2 C cooked rice
    1 C cream, whipped

    Recipe



    Remove membranes from orange segments and sprinkle with sugar. Let stand until the sugar is dissolved. Drain. Reserve six of the orange segments and cut the others in pieces. Mix with the rice and chill thoroughly. When ready to serve, fold it into the whipped cream. Pile it lightly in six small servings. Garnish the top of each with an orange section.
