    6 C grated raw sweet potatoes
    2 C whole milk
    4 eggs
    3 1/2 C sugar
    1 1/2 tsp brandy extract
    1/2 pound butter
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Beat eggs and sugar together until thick. Melt butter. Stir all other ingredients together and pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F., stir occasionally until thick. Serve as is or topped with whipped cream.
