    1 C molasses
    1 C milk
    1 C finely chopped beef suet
    2 1/2 C flour
    1 C raisins
    1/2 C nuts
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp cloves
    1/2 tsp baking soda

    Recipe

    Combine all together and mix well. Steam for 2 hours. Serve with hard sauce
