    Pineapple Cream Dressing

    List of Ingredients

    2/3 C sugar
    4 T flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    juice of 1 orange
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 C pineapple juice
    1 C whipping cream

    Recipe

    Combine all but the whipping cream in a double boiler and cook to thicken. Cool while whipping cream. Fold in whipped cream and serve with any fruit salad.
