2 hard-boiled eggs
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 T lemon juice
1 c whipping cream

Recipe



separate yolks from whites of eggs, mash yolks with the mustard, salt and sugar. Add lemon juice and mix well. Whip the cream and add. Chill. Add the chopped whites of eggs and pour the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle with the egg whites.
