List of Ingredients
3 T butter
1/2 C grated Swiss cheese
2 T flour
1 egg yolk
1 T minced parsley
salt
pepperRecipe
Cream butter and cheese in a warm bowl. Add flour,egg yolk, parsley, salt and pepper. Form dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Drop into gently boiling soup or broth and boil until they rise to the surface. Serve at once.
