    List of Ingredients




    3/4 pound beef strips in 1/2x3 inch strips
    1 T butter
    3 T flour
    salt
    pepper
    .04 oz dried sliced ****akes, reconstitute, save liquid or,
    1/4 pound any mushroom
    1 1/2 medium onions, sliced into rings
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 C sour cream
    1/2 bell pepper, slivered
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    parsley
    Extra wide egg noodles

    Recipe



    Combine the flour, salt and pepper to taste. Dredge the beef in this mixture using it all. Sprinkle any excess over the beef after sauteeing. Saute the beef in the butter. Reduce heat to medium. Combine the mushroom liquid with water to make 2 1/2 cups, and add bouillon. Add it to the beef, stir to combine. Let thicken slightly. Add onions and mushrooms and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until onions are tender. Add bell peppers, cook 3-5 minutes. Add sour cream, blend well and cook 3-5 minutes. If gravy is thin add cornstarch to thicken. Add chopped parsley, or reserve as a garnish. Serve over the cooked noodles.
