    Glazed Ham Balls

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 lb. ground ham
    3/4 lb. ground pork
    2/3 C oats
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 C milk
    1/3 C (firmly packed) brown sugar
    2 tbsp flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2/3 C fruit juice
    2 tbsp. vinegar
    6 whole doves
    1/3 C dark syrup

    Recipe



    Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Chill thoroughly. Shape into small balls. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until slightly thick. Pour over ham balls. Bake for 15 minutes longer.
