List of Ingredients
- 1-2 slices of toast per serving
- smoked salmon slices and a poached egg per serving
- Cream sauce;
- 2 T flour
- 2 T butter
- 1 1/3 C rich milk
- 1 tsp anchovey paste
Instructions
- Melt the butter, add flour and cook over medium high heat until it foams and is white in color. Immediately whisk in milk. Cook until thick. This makes enough for two servings.
- Cover Each slice of toast with a slice of the salmon. Top it with a poached egg and top with cream sauce
- Serve with asparagus.
