Stuffed Eggs, Hungarian Mushroom

6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 C finely chopped porcini mushrooms
2 T butter
1 tsp paprika
salt
pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 T sour cream
chopped chivesRecipe
Slice eggs lengthwise. Mash the yolks. Saute the mushrooms in butter for about 3-5 minutes. Add paprika and saute for 1 minute. (paprika scorches easily). combine all but the egg whites. Stuff the whites with the mushroom mixture. Garnish with chives and chill until served.
