    OMELET,WATERCRESS

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs
    • 4 T milk
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp pepper
    • 1/2 C watercress stems and leaves
    • 2 T butter
    • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs until well blended, add milk, salt, pepper and watercress. Heat butter in pan. Pour in mixture.

    2. when eggs begin to cook, tilt pan, while lifting edges of cooked mixture, to allow liquid mixture to flow underneath. when almost done, add cheese, fold over and slide onto a warm platter.
