List of Ingredients
- 3 C dried garbanzos
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound chorizo
- 1/2 C tomato sauce
Instructions
- Soak garbanzos overnight. Next day add water to just cover garbanzos. Bring to a boil.
- Add rest of ingredients, except tomato sauce. Simmer one and one half hours, or until beans are tender. Add tomato sauce.
