List of Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 6 slices, homemade french bread, cube and toast
- 3 T butter
- 1 medium can tomatoes, crushed
- 1/2 bay leaf, crushed
- 1 tsp, hot paprika
- 3 C stock or potato water
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- salt
- parsley
Instructions
- Saute garlic and bread in butter. Add boiling stock. Add tomatoes and spices. Cook for half an hour.
- Stir eggs in and cook until eggs thicken. Garnish with chopped parsley.
