    Iceland Spritz cookies

    Recipe Introduction

    Cookie Press. bake at 400-425 degrees. 10-12 minutes

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup butter
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe

    Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour sifted with salt and baking powder. Fill cookie press and make desired shapes on cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes at 400-425 degrees.
