1/4 C chunky peanut butter
1/2 C frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
2 T soy sauce
black pepper to taste
Peaches;
8 large peaches
3 T currant jelly
1 T rumRecipe
Combine the peanut butter, orange juice, soy sauce and pepper.
Baste pork on skewers, in barbecue grill, rotating skewers for 15 minutes. Serve with grilled peaches.
Scald and remove skin from peaches. Cut fruit in half, removing pit. Arrange on skewers.
Mix the jelly and rum. Brush it onto the fruit. Broil until they begin to brown.
