Recipe Introduction
Serves 8.
List of Ingredients
2 pounds round steak in 3 inch strips
2 cloves garlic, pressed
12 scallion, in 1 inch lengths
1/2 C soy sauce
2 T sesame seed and add pepper to taste.

1/2 C oil
3 medium carrots, finely chopped
2 medium onions, finely chopped
2 cups chopped spinach
1 pound sliced mushrooms
2 pounds bean sprouts
4 bamboo shoots, sliced
1/2 pound fine egg noodlesRecipe
Marinate beef in garlic, green onion, soy sauce and sesame seed and add pepper to taste.
Stir fry beef until just tender. Remove to a dish. Add more oil and the marinade from beef, carrots and onions. Cook on medium high 5 minutes. Remove to plate. To skillet add spinach, mushrooms, bean sprouts, bamboo and more oil. Saute 4 minutes.
Return everything to the skillet on low heat. cook noodles and drain. Add to the skillet and warm through.
Var; Add 4 stalks sliced celery and 2 T toasted sesame seed and use cellophane noodles. (or vermicelli)
