Serves 4-6.
List of Ingredients
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 clove garlic, pressed
3 minced green onion
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
3-4 T soy sauce
pepper to taste
6 C water
1 C sliced mushrooms
Recipe
cut meat in small strips. Saute, add garlic, onion, sesame seeds, soy sauce and pepper. Add water and cook 1/2 hour.
