Recipe Introduction
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. -Serves 12
List of Ingredients
10 large potatoes
1 medium onion
5 slices bacon
1/2 C milk
3 eggs
2 tsp salt
Recipe
Peel and grate raw potatoes, mince onion and mix together.
Fry bacon crisp. Pour bacon fat over potatoes. Crumble bacon into the mixture. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing well after each. Season with salt and add milk. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Top should be brown and crispy.
Serve with sour cream.
