List of Ingredients
- 1/3 C Argo cornstarch
- 1/2 C Karo light corn syrup
- 2 C chicken broth
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1/2 C dry sherry
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart jar with thght fitting lid, shake well. Delicious over stir fry vegetables, chicken seafood or steak. Can be stored in refridgerator up to 3 weeks.
- Stove top; To use above sauce in your favorite stir fry, Place 1 tablespoon oil and 1 pound of uncooked meat or seafood into a wok or saute pan, cook 2-3 minutes, stirring. Add 6 cups fresh sliced vegetables, stir and cook 4-5 minutes. Shake stir-fry sauce well and use 2 cups over mixture in pan. Stirring constantly,simmer 1 minute.
