Slovenian Buckwheat Rolls

3 C buckwheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 C boiling water (approx)
Honey
jelly
or cracklings
Recipe
Sift together the flour and salt. Combine with boiling water to a manageable, workable dough, while still hot.
Roll out on a floured board 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle with the honey, jelly or 1/4 C sugar, or cracklings. Roll up and bake in a greased pan at 350 degrees F. for one hour.
