    You can also make this with turkey.

    List of Ingredients




    1 chicken breast, shredded
    1 C chicken stock
    1/4 C mole verde
    1/4 C napolitos slices, rinsed/ or diced mushrooms
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1/8 tsp green tabasco sauce
    3/4 C sour cream
    1/2 C grated Asadero cheese, (sub: monterey jack)

    Recipe



    Combine all and use in enchilada casserole.
