Filling for crepes

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 C minced onion
- 3 T butter
- 1 pound mushrooms chopped
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 C sour cream, room temperature
- 2 T chopped parsley
- nutmeg to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Mix with flour and saute 1 minute. Add sourcream and remainder of ingredients. Cool.
- Fill crepes with 2 large tablespoons each and reheat in 400 degree F. oven for 10 minutes.
