    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 C minced onion
    • 3 T butter
    • 1 pound mushrooms chopped
    • 2 T flour
    • 1/2 C sour cream, room temperature
    • 2 T chopped parsley
    • nutmeg to taste
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Mix with flour and saute 1 minute. Add sourcream and remainder of ingredients. Cool.
    2. Fill crepes with 2 large tablespoons each and reheat in 400 degree F. oven for 10 minutes.
