List of Ingredients
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
3 T butter
1 large onion, minced
3 T chopped fresh parsley or dill
1 egg yolk, well beaten
salt
pepperRecipe
Finely chop the mushrooms. saute onions in butter 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Saute 4 minutes. Add sour cream and parsley. Cool.
Fill 3 inch circles of dough, brush with egg yolk and 2 t water mixed.
Bake at 400 degrees F. 20 minutes.
