Salted Lemon Filling

Use this filling in bread rolls, (as for cinnamon rolls)
List of Ingredients
1/2 C butter
2/3 C finely chopped preserved lemon
2/3 C sugar
2 tsp grated lemon zest
Recipe
Roll dough into 18x12 inch rectangle. Spread with the butter, top with remaining ingredients, leaving 1 inch uncovered along one long side. Roll up, with the uncovered side to the outside of the roll. Pinch dough to seal edges.
Bake as usual.
