2 pound salmon
8 large potatoes
1 onion, thinly sliced
6 whole allspice
6 strips bacon
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp salt
1 c water
2 cans, canned milk
1/2 C melted butter
Recipe
Peel and slice potatoes. Place in a well buttered casserole, alternately with fish and onions. Sprinkle salt, pepper and butter on top, with cut up bacon. pour the water over. Bake at 375 degrees F. for one hour. Add canned milk and cook 1/2 hour more
