Retiisi Voleipa (radish sandwich)

Cut small rounds of rye bread. Toast on one side. Spread the other side with mayonnaise. Chop red radishes very fine. Sprinkle with salt and vinegar. Let stand fifteen minutes. Press dry. Form a circle in the center of bread with an anchovie fillet. Fill and surround it with chopped radish.
