List of Ingredients
2 T bacon fat
2 T flour
3/4 C water
2 C milk
3/4 tsp salt
1 T vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 C (firmly packed dandelions, chopped
1/4 C onion
2 hard -boiled eggs, sliced
Recipe
Heat bacon fat in skillet. blend in flour. Cook until flour is lightly browned. Add water, milk, vinegar, salt and sugar. Cook, stirring until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat and fold in dandelions, onion and eggs. Serve hot.
