1 pound fiddleheads
1 T oil
1 T sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 T honey
2 T water
salt

Heat the honey and water to dissolve the honey.
Heat oils in large fry pan or wok. Stir fry the fiddleheads with the coriander over high heat about 1 minute. Add honey water and cook 1-2 more minutes, until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
