    List of Ingredients




    2 pound albacore loin roast(the tube)
    1/2 C lime juice
    1/2 C chopped onion
    4 T chopped green chilies
    1/2 C manzanilla olives
    1/2 C diced green bell pepper
    2 T minced parsley
    1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
    few drops hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Pour lime juice over fish in small roaster. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees until fish flakes easily. Note; if you can't find the spanish olives substitute pimiento stuffed green olives
