Fish Patties

List of Ingredients
1 C flaked, cooked white fish (such as sole or petrale)
1 egg
4 tblsp grated onion
4 tblsp grated, fresh, parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp grated ginger root
6 tblsp flour (or enough to bind)
1/4 tsp dry mustard powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepperRecipe
Mix fish, egg, onion, parmesan and ginger lightly. Add seasonings to the flour. Combine with the fish mixture. Make into patties and fry on medium heat until lightly browned and set. Turn and cook other side. Serve with a white sauce, cream sauce or mornay sauce.
