Halibut Brie with Toasted Pecans

List of Ingredients
1 pound halibut
1/2 C flour
1 T butter
3/4 C cream
1/4 pound Brie
1/8 C white wine
1/4 C toasted almondsRecipe
Dredge the halibut in the flour, shake off excess. Heat butter. Add fish and saute until golden brown, on both sides. Remove fish from pan and keep warm.
Add cream and brie pieces. Bring to a boil and cook until sauce thickens (2-3 minutes). Return fish to pan. Add wine and serve topped with almonds.
