Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Serves 6
List of Ingredients
1 12oz can pineapple chunks
1 6oz can mandarin oranges
1 green bell pepper diced
1 medium onion, grated
1/2 C tomato sauce
1/4 C vinegar
1 T cornstarch
1 pound prawnsRecipe
Heat first 5 ingredients with juices, to almost boiling. Mix cornstarch and vinegar together and add to pot, stirring until thickened. Add more cornstarch if necessary as the amount of juice varies from can to can. Add prawns and heat through. Serve on rice.
