Recipe Introduction
Make certain that the flowers are of an edible variety.
Makes 5 cups.
List of Ingredients
3 1/2 C water
1/2 C flower petals (dried)
juice of 1 lemon
1 box pectin
4 C sugar
Recipe
Bring all but the sugar to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Add sugar and bring to a full boil over high heat. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and alternately skim and stir for 5 minutes. Pour into hot jars and seal.
