Instructions
- Depending on what you want to use the petals for, you can brine them in vinegar with a little salt. Add fresh ones as they become available.
- You can place them in a simple syrup for use in salads and desserts. Basically it's 2 cups sugar to 1 cup water and cook until sugar dissolves. For a lighter syrup use 1 cup sugar to 2 cups water.
- You can also preserve in brandy. ( or alcohol of your choice).
