1-1/2 pkgs. "powdered sugar
2 tbls. butter
Dissolve 3 tbls. chocolate in 3 tbls. cold coffee. Beat together and add white of one egg, 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Add enough cream to make a smooth frosting. Add 1 cup chopped nutmeats. The chocolate may be omitted to make a white rum flavored icing.
