Recipe Introduction
Frosts two, nine inch layer cakes.
List of Ingredients
1/2 C butter
2 C confectioners sugar
1/4 C cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 C Bakers Southern style coconutRecipe
Cream butter, add sugar gradually, and cream together until light and fluffy. Thin with cream as mixture becomes stiff. Add vanilla. when consistency of whipped cream spread on cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
