    List of Ingredients




    1 Duck
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 C flour
    1/2 C fat
    1 C milk

    Recipe



    Cut cleaned duck into 6-7 pieces.
    Season with salt and pepper, and roll in flour.
    Fry duck slowly in hot fat until brown on both sides, about 30 minutes, turning only once.
    Add the milk, cover tightly and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
    (it may be baked in slow oven, 325 degrees F.)
