    Duck wth Kraut Dressing, Roast

    List of Ingredients

    1, 1lb.12oz can sauerkraut, drained
    1 apple, pared and chopped
    1/2 C finely chopped celery
    2, 2-3 pound wild ducks
    1/2 tsp salt pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Combine kraut, celery and apple. Stuff into cavity of duck and close with string or skewers. Season. Roast at 325 degrees, 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours or until tender.
