VENISON SPANISH RICE

List of Ingredients
1/2 pound chopped venison
2 slices bacon, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 large bell pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 15 oz can tomatoes
steamed rice for 4
Recipe
Saute bacon pieces. Add venison and cook until browned. Add celery, bell pepper and onion, saute 2-3 minutes. Add seasonings and cook until almost done. Add tomatoes and simmer 30 minutes. Pour over rice.
